Winter service
Snow clearing and salting, so that access paths stay safe to walk on even in winter.
Waste disposal
Organising household and green waste collection, putting out the containers and bringing them back in.
Minor repairs
Lamps, locks, filters: whatever can be done without a specialist firm, we take care of directly.
